Reisorganisatie Actief in Tsjechië is op zoek naar een betrokken zzp-er (collega) die een sleutelrol wil spelen in onze kleinschalige en duurzame reisorganisatie. We richten ons op unieke reizen naar Tsjechië, Slowakije en Polen. Samen met jou willen we onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau tillen!
Wat ga je doen?
Als allround medewerker touroperating ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan werkzaamheden:
- Contentbeheer: Verwerken van data en content in ons CMS, boekingssysteem en op de website (WordPress, Travefy, TourCMS, Odoo, Google Workspace). Specifieke kennis van deze systemen is mooi meegenomen maar het gaat erom dat je handig bent in werken met CMS systemen en de algemene kantoorsoftware.
- Boekingsverwerking: Behandelen van inkomende boekingen en bijbehorende administratieve taken.
- Digitale marketing (optioneel): Ondersteunen of beheren van onze online marketingactiviteiten met Odoo.
- Partnercommunicatie: Onderhouden van contact met lokale partners in Centraal-Europa.
Wat breng je mee?
We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:
- Opleiding: Minimaal MBO-niveau 4, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in toerisme, administratie of IT.
- Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent bovengemiddeld handig met informatiesystemen en internet.
- Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Praktisch, verantwoordelijk, flexibel en zelfstandig.
- Taal- en landenkennis: Goede kennis van Tsjechisch of Slowaaks (native speaker is een grote pré) en van de regio.

Travel organization Actief in Tsjechië is looking for a dedicated self-employed professional (colleague) to play a key role in our small-scale and sustainable travel company. We specialize in unique trips to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Together with you, we aim to elevate our services to the next level!
What will you do?
As an all-round tour operating employee, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Content management: Managing and updating data and content in our CMS, booking system, and website (WordPress, Travefy, TourCMS, Odoo, Google Workspace). Experience with these platforms is a plus, but proficiency in working with CMS systems and general office software is essential.
- Booking processing: Handling incoming bookings and associated administrative tasks.
- Digital marketing (optional): Supporting or managing our online marketing activities using Odoo.
- Partner communication: Maintaining contact with local partners in Central Europe.
What do you bring?
We are looking for someone who fits the following profile:
- Education: Minimum MBO level 4, preferably with a background in tourism, administration, or IT.
- Digital skills: Strong ability to work with information systems and online tools.
- Personal qualities: Practical, responsible, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Language and regional knowledge: Good command of Czech or Slovak (native speakers are a strong advantage) and familiarity with the region.
